Meals of Hope

Thanks to a grant opportunity through Ford Philanthropy, the Livingston County Hunger Council was able to partner with Meals of Hope, Ford, and Gleaner’s Community Food Bank to package 1,979 bags of oatmeal. Each oatmeal bag contains 6 meals which equates to 11,874 meals! Oatmeal packs will be distributed throughout the Hunger Council Pantry Network to support families in Livingston County.

Every bowl of oatmeal represents a nutritious meal and a reminder of what’s possible when organizations come together to nourish our community.
